Our current shipping provider is FEDEX, and as part of the checkout process you may choose your own method of delivery, ranging from FEDEX Ground to Overnight delivery. For International ticket orders, please choose the International ticket option which will be shipped via USPS. For International merchandise orders, please choose the International shipping option through FEDEX. All orders placed before 10:00am EST Monday - Friday may ship the same day order is placed. Otherwise, please allow 24 - 48 hours for order processing. All orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Sorry, Gatorland is unable to ship to PO Boxes, for your protection all orders must be shipped to a verifiable street address. To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card company, simply call the 800 number listed on the back of your card and ask the representative to add the address to the notes on your account.
All items shipped will be given a tracking number through FEDEX. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number for your order. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging onto your account.
